Who we are

This policy explains how Grand Hacienda & Bleu ("we", "us"), operated by New Vista Property Management, LLC, handles information collected through this website and through the text and email messages we send. You can reach us at info@grandhaciendapalmbeach.com.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you send an inquiry, check dates or send a message, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, event date, number of guests, the property you are interested in, your check-in and check-out dates, and anything you write to us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that sent you here, and approximate location. If you arrived from an ad, we also store the ad click identifier and campaign details from the link (for example gclid and utm values) so we can tell which ads lead to inquiries.

Phone calls. We may use call tracking numbers to see which pages and ads lead to calls.

How we use it

• To answer your inquiry, send availability and pricing, and manage reservations and events.
• To send the emails and text messages you ask for or agree to receive.
• To measure how the site and our advertising perform, and to improve both.
• To keep the site secure, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the box on a form, you agree to receive text messages from Grand Hacienda & Bleu about your inquiry, such as replies and follow-ups. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, our customer management and messaging tools, email delivery, our booking software and analytics providers. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of others. This does not apply to text messaging opt-in data and consent, which is covered in the section above.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work and to understand how it is used. We use Google Analytics to measure traffic and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure how our ads perform. We may use Google Tag Manager to load these tools. These tools may set cookies and collect information such as pages viewed and the ad you clicked. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage ad personalization in your Google ad settings.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet legal and accounting needs. Ad click identifiers stored in your browser expire after 90 days.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
• Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to info@grandhaciendapalmbeach.com.
• Use your browser or device settings to limit cookies and tracking.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to this policy
