About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Grand Hacienda & Bleu ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Effective date: October 20, 2026.

Inquiries and reservations

Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date or a stay. An event is held only after our written approval and a signed agreement. A stay is booked when you complete a booking through our booking system, Airbnb or VRBO and receive a confirmation. Stay rules, rates, taxes, fees and cancellation terms are shown at booking. Every guest signs an Innkeeper Agreement before check-in.

SMS program terms

Program. Grand Hacienda & Bleu text messaging. If you opt in on a form on this site, we text you about your inquiry, such as replies to your questions, availability and pricing follow-ups, and booking details.

Consent. Consent to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or booking. You opt in by checking the box on a form and submitting it.

Frequency. Message frequency varies with your inquiry.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opt out and help. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will get one confirmation message and then no more. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@grandhaciendapalmbeach.com or (561) 318-0733.

Carriers. Carriers and their affiliates are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Use of the site

Use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not try to disrupt it, access it without permission, or copy its content for commercial use without our written consent.

Content and ownership

The text, photos, design and logos on this site belong to Grand Hacienda & Bleu or its licensors and are protected by law. Property descriptions and photos are for information and may change.

Third-party links and tools

The site links to or loads tools from other companies, such as our booking software, Airbnb, VRBO and Google. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as is. We try to keep information accurate, but we do not promise that it is complete or error free, or that the site will always be available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Grand Hacienda & Bleu is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
